Their Morning Room also can serve as a second meeting room if needed. Meeting attendees will appreciate the elegant Victorian-style guest rooms for their overnight stay.


The Maplewood Hotel is another unique alternative for small group gatherings. Plan a team-building experience combined with good food and fun-filled activities around this boutique venue, which is within walking distance to all of Saugatuck’s downtown attractions. The hotel’s relaxed environment offers a lovely atmosphere for team members to bond and rejuvenate. The staff works with neighboring inns to house any guests that exceed their ability to accommodate. 


The Wickwood Inn, renowned for its sumptuous food and luxurious accommodations, strives to put the “treat” into a corporate retreat. The Inn houses 11 guest rooms and an event space large enough for 22 business associates. Every overnight stay includes a New American Breakfast, decadent sweets and tea in the afternoon, and an evening social hour with charcuterie. Gather your team together for a getaway at the Wickwood Inn and prepare to leave inspired with fresh ideas.


The Kirby Hotel, a charming 19th-century Victorian Bed & Breakfast, is centrally located within walking distance of downtown Douglas, Saugatuck, and Lake Michigan. Ideal for an intimate corporate retreat, the Kirby has 6 guest rooms and also features event space for up to 100 guests when utilizing their dining room, expansive back deck, and lawn. For a small to medium-sized meeting, their interior dining room can seat up to 40 people. Their helpful staff will happily assist you in planning your event with flexible menu options.


Located only two miles from Pier Cove Beach, the Hop & Vine Inn offers a peaceful setting for highly productive corporate retreats. Comfortable meeting spaces and 15 individual guestrooms, including some with multiple bedrooms, ensures each team member has a place to call their own during your corporate stay. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, a projector, meeting room with fireplace, sunporch, and an indoor heated pool—just to keep things interesting. 


The Cottage at Wicks Park is an intimate event venue that offers a unique ambiance combining modern amenities with sophisticated, vintage flair. Their charming outdoor and indoor space can serve up to 40 guests for your corporate event, and a full catering menu.


For a truly one-of-a-kind experience, the Felt Mansion estate is nestled on 15 acres along the shore of Lake Michigan and makes the perfect picturesque setting for an inspirational corporate retreat or event. The spacious, well-appointed suites of the mansion and cozy, bunkhouse style accommodations of the Carriage House provide accommodations for up to 24 guests. Your team will have the unique opportunity of staying overnight a historic landmark while enjoying modern amenities and the comforts of home. For larger meeting and gala events, the Felt Mansion can accommodate 120 guests indoors and up to 250 outdoors on their beautiful grounds. 


Hold your next corporate event at Capizzo Studio, a multi-use gallery space that can accommodate up to 75 people. Their indoor venue features artwork from artists from around the country, 14-foot high metal ceilings, casual seating nooks, and plenty of natural light, while their outdoor space includes two fire pit seating areas, yard games, tree swings and more to offer your team plenty of inspiration.

The Saugatuck Center for the Arts makes a one-of-a-kind venue for corporate meetings and events. A striking outdoor pavilion and rain garden is perfect for larger celebratory gatherings, while the Theatre can host seminars, lectures, or inspirational programs. They also offer a highly flexible Conference Room space that can hold up to 70 seated guests for meetings and workshops. 


For a rustic yet refined ambiance, A Cut Above Event Center offers all the amenities needed to host a memorable corporate event for up to 125 people indoors, with a higher capacity available outdoors. Guests will experience waterfalls, a pond, gazebo, and covered bridge within a lush, wooded setting while unique wood structures and a grand fireplace grace the interior. 


The Cottage at the Ravines features an extraordinary rustic-country ambiance that’s sure to delight with picturesque views of the golf course, Michigan pine trees and colorful maple trees. The indoor banquet hall holds up to 175 people and boasts high ceilings, picture windows and French doors. In-house catering and audio visual equipment is available to support your event. 


For lavish and large corporate events of up to 300 people, look no further than the Ivy House to make a lasting impression. Featuring a beautiful greenhouse, indoor and outdoor event spaces, and an additional seven acres full of greenery, the Ivy House is ideal for those looking to host an experience abounding in understated elegance. The venue offers a full service bar with bartenders and has an extensive list of catering partners to choose from.


The Venues at Third Coast offers multiple event and meeting facilities that are ideal for corporate business meetings, conferences, or celebrations ranging from 20 to 300 people. Flexible event spaces include their intimate Gathering Room, expansive and elegant indoor Rotunda space and outdoor areas such as the Grove, Backyard, and Patio. Services such as a full sound and projector system with a technician are available as an add-on.
