Saugatuck Landings Luxury Suites and Marina is located in downtown Saugatuck on the banks of the Kalamazoo River at the “quiet end of town,” away from the foot traffic and night life in the center of the village.  Built on the site of what was once a busy fishery, where local fisherman brought their catch to be cleaned and shipped to packing companies throughout the Midwest, the property has enjoyed many incarnations and has recently been completely reconstructed (2012) to include two luxury suites and mooring for several boats. Baldhead, outdoor seating, full kitchen with all the amenities of home, granite counter tops, living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat screen television, 200+ satellite channels, free WiFi, large washer/dryer, and private bath with walk-in shower.  The private bedroom in each unit features queen bedding, flat screen television, and plenty of closet space. The quaint marina offers mooring for boats up to 32 feet and includes water and electric.  Two private restrooms are conveniently located dockside, one of which includes a granite counter top and walk-in shower.  Gas grille is provided for summer cookouts. Visitors who are feeling adventurous can experience the astounding natural beauty of a scenic kayak trip on the Kalamazoo River -- or hop a ride across the river on an historic Chain Ferry located just a few blocks away and climb the infamous Mount Baldhead to capture an aerial view of the harbor.  World-class golf is available at the Ravines Golf Club – designed by Arnold Palmer.
