Book Reading at the Orchard with Wade Rouse

On June 13th, we will be hosting our annual Book Reading at the Orchard with Wade Rouse reading for Viola Shipman. This is the fundraiser for the Fennville Elementary's traveling library bus called "The Book Nest". This ticket will include a signed copy Wade's newest novel "Famous in a Small Town", a light dinner and dessert, 2 pours of Crane's wine and cider, a wonderful book reading by the author, and the most heartwarming Q & A with our talented renowned guest. This ticket is $65/each.

Welcome Appetizer and Sparkling Ciders on Patio - Fire roasted cherries over local chevré on toasted crostini, honey and balsamic drizzle

Seated Dinner Indoors - Cherry chicken summer salad on a criossant, campfire beans, marinated cucumber, tomato, & onion. *Vegetarian available

Dessert & Coffee - Baked rhubarb/cherry crisp & Uncommon coffee

This event is getting even better with an addition to the evening. Wade has agreed to donate more of his time and hold a PRE-EVENT MEET & GREET starting at 4:00pm. This will be open to ticket and non-ticket holders for a DONATION only. Light food and beverages will be served. Book and merchandise sales will be available. The meet & greet will end at 5:00 and our dinner book reading will follow at 5:30.
