Come welcome Brian Lussier and JR’s Smokeshack to Virtue Farm on May 24 for a special BBQ pop-up to kick off Memorial Day weekend. Expect slow-smoked favorites served on fresh-baked buns from Nantucket Baking Company—Brian’s own beloved bakery in Grand Rapids.
On the menu:
Pulled pork and brisket sandwiches on Nantucket brioche, a hearty BBQ platter with all the fixings, juicy rosemary turkey legs, and craveable sides like white cheddar mac, apple slaw, and bacon-studded potato salad. Don’t sleep on the jalapeño poppers.
Serving starts at noon until it’s gone. Come hungry.
