7th Annual Wassail
If you have ever Wassailed with us at Virtue Farm, then you know this is the celebration of the season. A chance to get outside and revel in the magical winter wonderland that is Michigan in February.
Each year, we invite Wassailers to Virtue Farm to join in a ritual to bless our orchard for a bountiful harvest and rid our farm of evil spirits. How you ask? By Wassailing! Grab a mug of warm cider, come in costume or make a mask at the farm, hang toast on our trees, and gather around a giant bonfire.
This year, we are taking safety into account and will be celebrating a little bit differently. You can still wander our 48 acres, roam our orchards, and warm up by the fire, so have no fear!
We will be open from 12-6:30pm EST
Traditional English Wassail fare and mask making kits will be available on site
Warm mugs of cider will be flowing
Our 12.1% ABV Ice Cider FLOK will be released
Our giant bonfire will be lit at 3:30pm weather permitting
