Celebracion de las Artes: Applauding the Latino Culture

The Saugatuck Douglas Fennville Arts Initiative (SDFAI) is dedicated to bringing the highest quality, innovative, interactive art experiences to diverse audiences in the Art Coast of Michigan.

It is no secret that Latinos know how to party especially when there is something to celebrate. The Latino traditions and culture as well as the contemporary art which explores the past and present are a cause for a big celebración.

Pasión, calor, especia merengue, mariposa, calaveras de azúcar, jarocho, folklórica, tamales, chilaquiles murales and more!

The Bands Chico Roots, Ida Y Vuelta, and Mariachi Sirenas will be performing twice during the celebration.

Add a visit to the Fennville District Library for a view of the exhibit ARTE:LATINO and it all adds up to one maravilloso celebration of art, music, dancing, food and hands on experiences. Meet the artists, sample free street food and dance with the music. Disfruta cada momento!
