Lake Michigan Fishing Adventure + Cooking Demo

Lake Michigan harbors some of the freshest, wild-caught fish such as salmon, rainbow trout and lake trout. First, join us at West Michigan Charter Fishing (641 Water Street, Slip #1, Saugatuck, MI) for an early-morning charter fishing expedition. Captain Eric Schippa will guide the group into catching enough fish for a lunchtime feast. Later come back to Isabel’s Market + Eatery (310 Blue Star Highway, Douglas, MI) to learn from seafood expert Sue Chef on how to filet, skin, and cook these delectable beauties! This class promises to be a half-day of fun and feasting, so come prepared. Sue Chef will send a list, ahead of time, of what to bring and appropriate attire. Class size is limited to 6 participants, so please sign up early!​

2. After the fishing expedition, come back to Isabel’s Market + Eatery (310 Blue Star Highway, Douglas, MI) to learn from seafood expert Sue Chef on how to filet, skin, and cook these delectable beauties!
