Friendsgiving at SaugaTaco

Opened in June of 2024, SaugaTaco is a fun, chef-driven, fast-casual, Tex-Mex concept in downtown Saugatuck. This year, they’re hosting the first annual SaugaTaco ‘Friendsgiving’ featuring family-style, Tex-Mex inspired Thanksgiving favorites for a limited number of groups. Reservations are for tables of 6 and cost $500. Chef’s beverage pairings are included.

Brie + apple empanada, stuffed dates, chips + dips

Round Two | Mains

Turkey pozole tacos, southwest mashed potatoes, Brussels + pepper jelly, lobster mac + cheese, carrot + lentil salad, chorizo cornbread stuffing

Round Three | Sweets

Pumpkin cinnamon rolls, horchata tres leches, cranberry pretzel jello
