Savor an extraordinary evening celebrating Michigan’s fall harvest’s vibrant flavors and bounty. On Saturday, November 1, 2025, Coast 236 invites you to experience a six-course tasting menu curated by Chefs Rick Bower and Rob Shaner, showcasing the season’s best local ingredients and refined culinary craft. Optional wine pairings, thoughtfully selected by Sommelier Tanna Knapp, will be available to complement each course.
Guests may reserve times between 5:30 and 7:30 PM for this one-night-only event. Space is limited, and advance reservations are required. The experience is $110 per guest, with an optional wine pairing for $60. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated, as only the prix-fixe menu will be served.
