Cooking Workshop – Handmade Pasta & Sauces

Mix, knead, rest and shape. You will use the Kitchenaid to create fettuccine and then prepare a red sauce and a white sauce to taste with the pasta. A little antipasto and an Amalfi tart will accompany the pasta dinner.
