PRIDE | YOGA + SOUND BATH + SUNSET PICNIC | OVAL BEACH

Join Teresa and Brian for a special evening at Oval Beach as you gather to celebrate Pride through movement, sound, community, and the beauty of a Lake Michigan sunset. Together, you’ll begin with a gentle yoga practice, settle into a peaceful sound bath, and then share a nourishing dinner as the sun slowly melts into the horizon.

Dinner will be catered by Farmhouse Deli with boxed meal options including chicken, salmon, or vegetarian selections. Please email your preference after you register.

What to bring:
• A towel or yoga mat (some mats will be available)
• A chair or blanket if you’d like to relax for sunset
• Your favorite beverage to enjoy during dinner

Please note: no alcohol or glass containers are permitted at the beach.
