Summer Solstice | Yoga + Sound Bath at Oval Beach

Join Teresa and Stacy on Oval Beach for a special Summer Solstice Yoga + Sound Bath. Stacy will lead you through an all levels solstice inspired practice and at the end of the session Teresa will lead you into summer dreaming and relaxation with a crystal singing bowl sound bath. The Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate the sun as a symbol of light and abundance, and to honor the rhythm and cycles of the seasons and of life. We are excited to gather in community, to reflect and be grateful for what has grown in our lives, to set intentions for the seasons to come, and to release what no longer serves.

If you’d like to join in it is best to sign up in advance, meet on the north side of Oval beach the same as years past. Bring a mat or a towel or if you’d like us to bring a mat for you please let the studio know.
