Where is the festival?

The festival’s three anchor events take place at the Riverside Pavilion in downtown Saugatuck (48 Water Street), with additional experiences hosted throughout Saugatuck, Douglas, and Fennville.

Where should I park?

Free overnight street parking is available throughout downtown Saugatuck. For transportation between festival events and local lodging properties, guests are encouraged to use the Interurban Transit Authority.

Can I buy a day pass?

No. The festival is designed to be an immersive destination experience, and ticket costs cover the full weekend. We offer three pass tiers—Pavilion, Weekend, and VIP—to suit different needs. Please click here to compare pass options.

Do the events have options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Vegetarian dining options will be available at all Riverside Pavilion events. For dietary accommodations during the Friday Night Restaurant Showcase, guests should contact participating restaurants directly.

What are hosted mini sessions, and how do I sign up?

Hosted Mini Sessions are optional ticketed experiences taking place on Friday afternoon throughout Saugatuck, Douglas, and Fennville. These engaging and immersive sessions offer a chance to explore the Art Coast through special activities such as coffee cupping and tastings, cooking classes, winery tours, oil painting workshops, perfume-making, and more. Guests can sign up from the Hosted Mini Sessions page or add sessions while selecting a festival pass.

What is the rain policy for festival events?

Festival events will take place rain or shine. All primary festival events are hosted indoors or under covered spaces.

Is the Grand Tasting ADA accessible?

Yes. The Riverside Pavilion and Grand Tasting experience are ADA accessible.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please refer to the festival Terms & Conditions for additional details.

Are there age restrictions or ID requirements to attend?

All festival events are 21+ only. Guests must present a valid ID upon entry.

What should I bring with me to the event?

The only essentials are a valid ID and your digital tickets on your phone. We also encourage you to bring a healthy appetite and a sense of wonder.

What should I wear?

While there is no festival dress code, suggested attire ranges from cozy coastal layers to dinner-party glamour, depending on the event. We encourage guests to dress comfortably while embracing the spirit of the weekend.

Do you have a bag policy?

Small personal clutches, purses, fanny packs, or clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags up to 12″ x 12″ x 6″ are permitted. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, with the exception of factory-sealed water bottles.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted at festival events. Service animals are welcome.

Is smoking permitted at festival events?

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited at all festival events.

Can alcoholic beverages be taken off-site?

No. Alcoholic beverages must remain within designated festival event areas.

Will photography or video be taking place during the festival?

Yes. By attending the festival, guests acknowledge that photography and video may be captured of them and used for promotional and marketing purposes.
