The evening opens with a drink and appetizers overlooking the pollination gardens, then moves into a family-style dinner set among the vines. Chef Mindy Trafman — formerly of Coast 236 and The Fields, now owner of Somm + Seeds — builds the menu from summer’s freshest ingredients, grown at Modales and area farms. As a Level 3 Sommelier, she pairs each course with wine chosen to match.
