Description

The evening opens with charcuterie and bottomless sparkling wine, then moves through four courses and dessert, each paired with a Fenn Valley wine the chef and winemaker chose together. The Fenn Valley Team is at the dinner all night, so ask about anything in your glass.

The Dinner on the 7th: Apple-marinated braised pork belly with wild mushroom risotto, Herb-grilled sirloin with the 2022 Meritage, Apple and cherry crumble with 42 Ice Wine.
