Luckystone Inn stands amid its own well-tended gardens quietly tucked away at the end of a dead-end street in downtown Saugatuck. This intimate, 1886 four-square colonial Inn, is just a few steps from all activities, shops, art galleries and fine dining.
This cozy charming Inn has four three-room private suites named after Saugatuck attractions. All are appointed with very comfortable queen or king-size beds, top quality bed and bath linens and a cheerful mixture of contemporary furnishings with cottage accents. Some suites have a separate twin bed and can accommodate a third person. All suites include A/C, cable TV, high speed broadband WiFi, small refrigerators, personal ice machines, private baths (w/soaps and lotions) and private entryways.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, full breakfasts are currently NOT being served. However, each guest is provided an assortment of continental breakfast items and snack treats that can be eaten throughout the day. Coffee and tea are always available and juice and bottled water are provided in the suite’s small fridge.
Guests can relax in their own section of the Inn's seasonal front porch, in the privacy of their suite or on their own private porch with swing, while staying in the Old Harbor suite. Luckystones’ perennial garden is a kaleidoscope of cascading flowers, plush green lawn and lovely plantings. It is a wonderful place to sit and watch the darting hummingbirds and butterflies. There are several secluded nooks with seating, ideal for private conversations over a glass of wine, or where guests can admire a large arbor draped with orange flowered trumpet vine; or enjoy a peaceful moment by the tiny lily pond or fountains. It really shows when innkeepers love their work.
