Unlike other accommodations in the area, DollyBrook offers newly constructed rustic 1920’s / 1930’s era cottage reproductions that evoke a timeless yet comfortably modern feel. The natural pine interiors sooth all the senses and make guests feel right at home nestled among pine trees and water where natural beauty abounds in every direction. Children will create lifelong memories in wooded freedom and safety while adults create their own indelible moments by taking satisfaction in “the return of the family vacation”.

DollyBrook is just a ten-minute drive or bicycle ride from downtown Saugatuck or Douglas. The resort is far enough from the hustle-and-bustle of the two popular towns to be peaceful and relaxing, but close enough to take advantage of all the exciting attractions, restaurants and activities that the area has to offer. It is a mere five minute drive to Lake Michigan and ten minutes to Saugatuck’s famous Oval Beach and it provides the perfect retreat after a full day of activities when you wish to return to a more private setting.

The cottages display unique architectural features and beautiful fireplaces. They also include amenities that compliment the modern cabin aesthetic. Each has a full kitchen, which includes a coffee maker, toaster, George Foreman grill, and blender. In addition, guests are provided with a Smart television, DirecTV, WIFI, and DVD player for hours of entertainment for those occasional rainy days! Outdoor grills and rustic screened in porches also provide the perfect setting for summer gatherings.

Each unit is different from the next- varying from one to three bedrooms. Two night minimum for Fall/Winter (we do not do one night rentals). Four night minimum from Summer: June 14 to through Labor Day. No Pets, No Smoking. Away from it all and we’re just a quick and easy drive to town and great beaches.
