Prime location downtown Saugatuck, a short walk to the restaurants, shops, theater, boardwalk, and the chain ferry. Porches on Mason is a newly built structure opened in May 2024, offering 8 private uniquely decorated rental suites.

Each suite includes 550 square feet of private interior living space with a separate bedroom (king size bed), a large bathroom, and a living area with a kitchenette, dining area and seating area. In addition each main floor and second floor suites  includes a large private (144 sq ft) screened-in porch. Each screened porch includes a “daybed” porch swing and outdoor seating.
