Owners Bruno Nobre and Mauricio DaSilva work closely with coffee producers to truly understand their craft, sourcing green coffee globally and traveling to the origin whenever possible. Both Bruno and Mauricio come from multi-generational families of coffee farmers in Brazil. You’ll often find them helping out behind the counter or chatting with customers—come say hello!
From our multi-generational roots in South America to over 30 years of cafe operations and roasting experience, we offer a diverse skill set to our partners. We specialize in ethically sourced coffee, wholesale partnerships, coffee equipment sales and repair, cafe design consultation, and barista training.
