Description

Collaborate with one another and create an evening of relaxation and bliss!  Amber Cook-Green will lead candlelight gentle yoga, and her husband, Ben Green will create accoustic soundscapes to compliment and accompany the practice. The session ends with a crystal singing bowl and gong sound bath with Teresa and light refreshments follow.
