Description

Join Amber, Ben, and Teresa for our Halloween edition of yoga, live music, and sound bath! Amber Cook-Green will lead candlelight gentle yoga, and her husband, Ben Green will create acoustic soundscapes to compliment and accompany the practice. The session ends with a crystal singing bowl and gong sound bath with Teresa. Halloween snacks will be provided. Dressing up is not required but costumes are welcome! Best costume wins a 3 class pass! Registration in advance in required.
