Description
This fall retreat will be the perfect opportunity to slow down and refocus your attention on self care and living in balance with nature and the seasons.
Your retreat includes meals, yoga, sound bath, meditation, breathwork, and workshops on wellbeing and self care. Over the weekend you’ll be feed nourish meals, you”ll have the opportunity to connect with other like minded individuals, and have options for spending time in nature, booking a massage, or biking the lakeshore.
You’ll leave feeling grounded and inspired as we move through the fall season.

All meals will be provided as well as snacks and beverages. Dietary considerations can be made upon request.
