PRIDE Speaker Series Presents ACLU Legal Update

The Kirby Hotel will host fine dining with engaging discussions, making it an ideal setting for a PRIDE Week event featuring Jay Kaplan, the LGBT Staff Attorney from the ACLU of Michigan.

Guests can enjoy a selection of craft cocktails, fine wines, and other beverages from the cash bar with complimentary hors d’oeuvres beginning at 5:30pm. At 6pm, attendees will gather to hear Jay Kaplan speak on pertinent LGBTQ+ issues, drawing from his extensive experience advocating for civil liberties.

At 7pm, and after Mr. Kaplan has finished, Chef LaBelle’s four-course dinner will begin.  The cost is $120/person for this portion of the event, and reservations are required using the link.

This combination of culinary excellence and insightful dialogue offers a memorable experience for those participating in PRIDE Week festivities in the Saugatuck/Douglas area.
