Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with us! We’ll be co-hosting a five-course, hyper-local and seasonal dinner on Thursday, June 18 at 5pm at Modales Wines in Fennville, MI. Each course will feature a wine thoughtfully paired and poured by Modales.

First Course: Taste of June

Pickled asparagus & zucchini with Lily Rose cheese; fresh pea hummus with focaccia; asparagus madeleine with tomato marmalade

Braised beef short rib, guanciale, oyster mushroom, rainbow carrot, sweet onion & garlic

Fourth Course: Michigan Lake Trout

Sautéed Michigan lake trout, calypso bean & asparagus salad, with a fresh thyme & pino gris gastric

Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir, 2022

Fifth Course: Vineyard Shortcake

Red wine-macerated strawberries, whipped lavender chèvre, strawberry sponge, & a red wine reduction

Wine Pairing: Late Harvest Riesling, 2024
