Sweet & Savory Soufflés – Cooking Class

Impress your friends! Using the recipes of David Leibovitz, you will learn how to make this airy baked egg dish two different ways; a savory with cheese and a sweet made with fruit. You will also make a salad with vinaigrette to enjoy between courses. THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE. If you prefer a private class, please call to make arrangements. Hands-On Cooking Classes at Lulu Cadieux are seriously fun!  Designed to teach you how to be a better cook, you will learn classic culinary techniques from proper knife-skills to mise en place to spices to cooking methods to sauce-making. You will make a primary dish (there are NINE different ones) along with salad, vinaigrette and a dessert.

The best part is not only accomplishing a new skill, but eating the incredible meal you create in the beautiful chef’s kitchen.  Chef comes from a family of teachers and farmers and learning with him is an exceptional experience.
