Cajun crab cakes, sauteed brussels sprouts, remoulade sauce sweet potato and roasted corn chowder, applewood smoked bacon, crème fraiche, cranberry pumpkin spice bread, seasonal greens, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, sweet spiced nuts, warm cider vinaigrette, herb roasted turkey, brown sugar and clove baked local ham, apple and sage cornbread stuffing, cranberry ginger compote, classic mashed potatoes, haricot vert, fried leeks, dessert trio: caramel pumpkin pie, old fashioned warm apple crisp with cinnamon whipped cream, chocolate truffle tart with bourbon custard sauce.
