Winemaker’s Dinner

The evening opens with charcuterie and bottomless sparkling wine, then moves through four courses and dessert, each paired with a Fenn Valley wine the chef and winemaker chose together. The Fenn Valley Team is at the dinner all night, so ask about anything in your glass.

The Dinner on the 14th: Squid ink tortellini filled with butternut squash, in lobster bisque. Chicken ballotine with our 2025 Classic Chardonnay. A whoopie pie with Cabernet Sauvignon.
