Winemaker’s Harvest Dinner at Fenn Valley

Chef Lindsay Payleitner and the SaugaTaco team returns to Fenn Valley Winery to prepare a five-course wine dinner inspired by the flavors and bounty of fall in Michigan. Fenn Valley’s Winemaker Dinners are an annual event. Previously, Chef Lindsay has prepared bespoke menus for Fenn Valley’s fall Winemaker Dinners in 2021 and 2022, and their 50th Anniversary Winemaker Dinner in 2023.
