Description

This fleet of meticulously maintained and rare classic fiberglass runabout boats from the jet-age era (1958-1963), have been made available for everyone to enjoy and take out on the beautiful waterways of Saugatuck/Douglas. Retro boats can hold up to 4 passengers.

Retro Boat Rentals also offers a Pontoon boat for rent, as well as Donut Boats and Duffy Boats, that are electric as well, for larger groups. Come experience this unique setting along the waterfront in Saugatuck.

No outside alcohol or coolers allowed. We provide coolers and ice, and have a wide selection of beer, wine, hard ciders & seltzers, mixed drinks, and soft drinks. We also have some snacks. Feel free to bring your own snacks, but no coolers.

Leave enough time for parking! If you are renting a boat from our Retro Boat location, there is on-street parking, but spots fill up quickly on the weekend. A great option is to park at the high school where there is a free shuttle every 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a refund for inclement weather cancellations only, and we make the call. We recognize it’s not fun to be on a boat in the rain. There are no refunds for cancellations that are not due to rain, but we are willing to work with you to rebook an appointment or provide a gift certificate for your next boat outing. There are no refunds if it’s just cloudy or cool, our boats are great with a sweatshirt and blanket, trust us!
