Located on a peaceful 20-acre horse farm in Fennville, Red Horse Center for Collaborative Leadership offers a unique and grounded setting for retreats, meetings, workshops, team development, and group gatherings.

Red Horse specializes in experiential leadership and organizational development, offering facilitated programs that use collaboration with horses to explore communication, teamwork, leadership, and connection. Groups may also reserve the property’s spaces for their own retreats, meetings, programs, and special gatherings, with overnight lodging available on-site.

Spaces include Juniper’s Retreat House, with gathering space and lodging; The Treehouse, a retreat center accommodating 25+ guests with two ADA bathrooms and a wrap-around porch overlooking the countryside; and Blackjack’s Arena, a 9,000-square-foot event space.
