Chef Christopher Labelle and the team at The Kirby/J Paul’s Dining Room will once again host an incredible combination of culinary excellence and insightful dialogue, in the second Speaker Series event of the week.

The evening kicks off with a reception at 5:00 pm where guests can enjoy beverages from the cash bar with complimentary hors d’oeuvres. At 5:30, guests can gather to hear the HRC guest speakers including Tim Bahr, Vice President, Leadership Giving; Wendy Stout, Deputy Director, Regional & State Campaigns; and Christina Rissman, Deputy Director, Volunteer Leadership. Together they will share:
  • An overview of the HRC work; the HRC Foundation; and the HRC PAC, including the HRC Workplace Equality Program & the 2026 Corporate Equality Index; and the HRC’s Welcoming Schools Program.
  • HRC’s work in the upcoming midterm elections.
  • An overview of HRC’s volunteer engagement opportunities.
The speakers will also allow time for questions.

Following the presentation, Chef LaBelle will present a multi-course dinner with wine pairings from Modales Winery.  Please note:  Guests must make reservations in advance to attend the dinner, which will be served promptly at 7:00 pm. The per/person cost is $150.00 with proceeds from the dinner, net of The Kirby’s costs, going to the HRC.
