Want to know more about the world of saisons? Where do they originate and how do they differ? Kim will brew SIX different saison styles from around the world so we can discuss their significance and character traits while tasting!
This course includes six 4-ounce tasters of different beer styles we discuss in class. Come learn something about a style you have or haven’t had before and learn about why it’s important to the world of craft beer.
