Caribbean Cuisine – Cooking Workshop

Learn the methods used in preparing a selection of classic Caribbean dishes such as Jerk Chicken, Whole Fish, Calliou Salad and Rice/Beans. A tropical dessert will also be served.

Our immersive hands-on Cooking Workshops are seriously fun! Designed to teach you how to be a better cook, you will learn classic culinary techniques from proper knife skills to mise en place to spices and cooking methods. The best part is not only accomplishing a new skill, but eating the incredible meal you create in a beautiful chef’s kitchen is pretty special.
