Description:
Alegria is a small-scale 6 day long pop-up restaurant that comes and goes around the Michigan and Ontario area. Currently, we will be at Modales Winery from August 16-21st. The menu is prix-fixe ($110) and changes daily, but is always starters + 12 courses. An optional wine pairing (4 different wines, $20) is available. The cooking is based on Michigan seasonality with a modern Mexican and French bent. We partake in a no-waste model, and commit ourselves to sourcing from 100% sustainable farms and fishermen. All net profits will be donated to RAICES (The Refugee & Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services), which provides free and low-cost legal services to under served immigrant children, families, and refugees.
