Our USCG-certified captains will guide you across the scenic waters of West Michigan. Choose from two vessels, offering various experiences, while accommodating 1 to 25 guests, as you depart from Saugatuck/Douglas to explore the Kalamazoo River and or Lake Michigan.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, customers will receive a credit towards a future cruise; no refunds are issued. Full refunds may be processed at the discretion of TFDADCO on a case-by-case basis. No credits or refunds are issued within 48 hours of the scheduled cruise due to staffing and preparation costs. Cancellations may be made by contacting our office via email or by calling 616.610.7648. You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours. The boat cruises run regardless of weather conditions. In the situation where we are forced to cancel a cruise due to inclement weather, you will be allowed to reschedule for another time, subject to availability, or under the discretion of TFDADCO a refund may be considered.
