Face the Music: Free Live Music Along the Art Coast®
There’s something magical about summer in the Art Coast—the sun sets a little slower, the breeze rolls in a little softer, and the music? It’s everywhere. This is when Saugatuck, Douglas, and Fennville come alive with the sound of live and totally free music all season long. So grab your blanket or lawn chair and get ready to treat your ears.

Music in the Park
Every Wednesday from June 18 through September 3, Wicks Park Gazebo transforms into Saugatuck’s riverfront rhythm spot. From 7 to 9 p.m., you’ll find families and friends gathering along the Kalamazoo River with lawn chairs and picnic baskets in hand as local and regional bands set the tone for a perfect midweek jam session. Dancing is optional but highly encouraged.
Beats on Beery
Head to Beery Field in downtown Douglas on Thursday, June 26, July 31, and August 28, starting at 6:00 p.m. for some evenings of free, family-friendly music under the open sky. Enjoy a laid-back vibe as you listen to some great tunes
Thursdays in the Park
Kicking off on July 3, the Fennville City Music Hall concert series happens every Thursday for the rest of the summer (through August 28) in downtown Fennville’s Memorial Park and features a variety of musical genres. Bring a lawn chair, grab a drink from the Social District, and kick back and soak up the sounds.

Felt Estate Summer Concert Series
The Felt Estate hosts its beloved annual Summer Concert Series this year on July 10, 17, and 24, with performances starting at 7 p.m. Admission is free with food and beverages available for purchase beginning at 6 pm. With the mansion as your backdrop and music in the air, it’s an unforgettable evening every time.
Music in the Vineyards
Enjoy live music along with vineyard views at Fenn Valley Vineyards every Thursday from 5:30 – 7:30 pm from May 29 through September 11, weather permitting. Admission is free with food and wine available for purchase. A limited number of picnic tables are available, so guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
Music on the Patio
Join us every Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., starting June 7 through October, at Crane’s Pie Pantry Restaurant & Winery for their Music on the Patio series, featuring a rotating lineup of local artists from the Southwest Michigan area. Enjoy a glass of wine and some pie as you treat your palate and your ears. On Sundays, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., the vibe turns smooth and soulful with Jazz Sundays featuring saxophonist Michael Hulett, a talented saxophonist known for his rich blend of jazz, blues, and R&B.
