In addition to the great outdoors, our area features a number of art galleries and artist studios that give cause for our distinction as the Art Coast® of Michigan. For galleries that make the most out of their unique locations, visit the Khnemu Studio located on the 30-acre, sustainable Fernwood Farm for one-of-a-kind pottery or Dawn Stafford’s Peachbelt Studio for original oil paintings exhibited in a rural, historic one-room schoolhouse now flanked by beautiful gardens.

No matter what activities you choose to enjoy, spring is an invigorating time of year to spend time in this enchanting area.
